01 "An Act naming the Senator Johnny Ellis Jr. Anchorage Legislative Office Building."                                     

02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                

03    * Section 1. AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                  

04            Sec. 35.40.405. Senator Johnny Ellis Jr. Anchorage Legislative Office                                      

05       Building. The office building at 1500 West Benson Boulevard in Anchorage is named                             

06       the Senator Johnny Ellis Jr. Anchorage Legislative Office Building.
